At Durden & Hunt, we're proud to work alongside exceptional people and today we're shining a spotlight on one of our rising stars, Olivia Bishop, Senior Real Estate Agent at our Loughton office.

At just 21 years old, Olivia has already achieved what many professionals spend years working towards.

Joining Durden & Hunt as an apprentice in 2022, she has progressed through property management, lettings and sales to become a trusted and high-performing member of the team.

🏡 A passion that started early

Long before her career began, Olivia was transforming bedrooms into "properties for sale" and playing estate agent with her sister. What started as a childhood hobby quickly grew into a genuine passion for property and helping people move home.

📈 A remarkable journey

Since joining Durden & Hunt, Olivia has:

✅ Completed her Housing & Property Management qualification through Crown Vocational Training

✅ Progressed from Apprentice to Senior Real Estate Agent in under three years

✅ Become a key contributor across both lettings and residential sales

✅ Successfully negotiated high-value transactions, including properties exceeding £2 million

✅ Built a reputation for exceptional customer service, communication and determination
